Our organization has built a strong reputation for rapid response, technical expertise, and consistent service quality across both residential and commercial environments.Our restoration and commercial services division is a core and expanding part of our business, supporting property managers, commercial facilities, and insurance-related clients throughout South Florida.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Business Development Manager to support the continued growth of our restoration and commercial division.This is a field-based, relationship-driven role focused on developing long-term partnerships and expanding our presence within key verticals including property management, commercial facilities, and insurance networks.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with:Property managers and HOAsCommercial facilities and building engineersInsurance professionals, adjusters, and referral partnersIdentify and develop opportunities in water, fire, and mold remediation and related servicesBuild and manage a consistent pipeline of commercial and restoration workPrepare and present proposals, response plans, and service offeringsCoordinate with operations to ensure timely response, accurate estimating, and high-quality executionRepresent the company in the field through meetings, site visits, and industry eventsQualificationsExperience in business development, account management, or sales, preferably within Restoration (water/fire/mold) or Construction, facility services, or related industries xhyhwjd Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationshipsStrong communication, organization, and follow-throughSelf-motivated and comfortable working in a field-based roleExperience with CRM tools and pipeline managementAbility to travel throughout Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-DadeWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation with performance-based incentivesOpportunity to work within a growing and well-supported divisionBacking of a recognized national brand with strong local market presenceCollaborative environment with experienced operations and leadership teamsHybrid flexibility (field-based with remote support)
