At the bottom end, full-time drivers here still hit $104,000 annually, with the pay rising for those who give it more effort.Average Pay Per Week: $1,900 – $2,400 per week (with some peaks reaching $2700+ on legal hours) Pay is performance based and we offer percentage pay at 30% of the gross and option to switch to miles pay anytime. For average drivers slow season typically is between $1,900–$2,100 and peak season $2,100–$2,400 - rare slow weeks during slow season can dip to $1,500, rare peak weeks during busy season can hit $2,700+. Most weeks fall between $1,900–$2,400 depending on season overall. Rule of thumb: Just expect peak seasons to be better overall and pay to be on the high end most of the time. On a normal year, Q1 is slow, Q2 is peak, Q3 mediocre, Q4 peak. For the last 25 years, excluding crazy covid years, this has been the consistent pattern.We get lots of applicants – some days, too many. We need "A" stringers! Division 1 players. You have to be healthy and able and willing to work. Must have a minimum of 2 years of driving experience. Must have a valid CDL Class A without pending suspensions. Must be able to work with modern ELD systems. Must be able to pass a drug test. No acceptations! Must have a valid medical card issued. Must have a stable work history and good references. Must have no more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents in the last 3 years. No failed or refused drug or alcohol test in the last 4 years. No DWI's, DUI's and BAC's in the last 4 years. No reckless driving convictions in the last 3 years. No license suspension for points, unpaid tickets in the last 3 years. No more than 2 moving violations during the last year. Must provide no less than 3 years of work history, non-driving work history for the past 3 years will be also verified.
