Occupational Therapist – NJ DDD | Consistent Long-Term Caseload | Oxford Consulting Services

Location : Monmouth County

Oxford Consulting Services is hiring part‑time OTs to provide in‑home and group home services to adults with developmental disabilities throughout New Jersey's Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). These aren't short-term cases. DDD clients stay with their providers long-term — often for years. You build a caseload once and you get to see the work you do make a lasting difference.

What You'll Do:

Provide Occupational Therapy services to adults (21+) with developmental disabilities in homes, group homes, and residential settings across New Jersey. Evaluate communication and language function, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.

Requirements:

Active NJ OT license

1+ year of home-based or clinical experience with adults 21+

Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working independently in community settings

Paid sick leave
