Meaningful Work: Build genuine relationships with residents and teammates Competitive Pay: $20.00 - $22.50/hour+ Credit given for experience Schedule: This positions schedule full time3 days/week, 12 hour shifts | 6:30am - 6:30pm OR 6:30pm - 6:30am Supportive Team: Ongoing training to advance your career Quick Hiring: Day-of interviewing available when possible What You'll Do: Provide daily direct care to residents in our skilled nursing facility Document medication administration and observeand reportany changes in residents' conditions Assistwith CNA duties and work closely with nursing staff Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations Maintain a clean and organized medication cart and support the overall healthcare team in delivering quality resident care What You'll Need: Performing CNA duties are required in this position Active QMA certification in Indiana OR willingness to obtain by hire if acquired in Kentucky At least one-year of related experience is preferred Must be 18 years of age or older Benefits Available to Qualified Employees: Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off
