Cashier Role 2024.01.14 Your core job responsibility at the Faulkner Smith Restaurant Group - Zaxby’s franchise - will center around customer satisfaction, teamwork, and profitability. From cashiering, order taking: inside or outside of the store, to basic food preparation, you must be able to change tasks quickly and efficiently to be successful in this position. There are also secondary type duties like stocking, cleaning, opening, and closing the store. Show consistency and demonstrate professional behavior and you can earn more money and promote to positions with more responsibility and higher pay. Not punctual Emotionally Unintelligent: unable to control your emotions, lack empathy, and lack social skills Physical Demands Continuous use of hands and wrists for grasping and fine manipulation Communicate proficiently through speech, reading, and writing Maintain effective audio‑visual perception and judgement to observe and respond to the environment Work in an environment that features hot and cold temperature variations and exposure to food allergens Operate and work safely with restaurant equipment including, but not limited to, knives, fryers, and potentially hazardous equipment.
