Contract | Days | Onsite | Flexibility required including weekends, holidays, and after hours

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to individuals with neuromuscular, orthopedic, and other physically-related disorders
• Deliver a variety of therapeutic interventions including ADL retraining, therapeutic exercise programs, manual therapy, therapeutic activities, aquatic therapy, and neuromuscular re-education
• Provide patient education in home safety, adaptive equipment, and compensation techniques
• Participate in documentation, program development, and enhancement of clinical skills
• Float to other areas and sites as needed and demonstrate flexibility with scheduling including weekends, holidays, and after hours

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Dry Needling Certification required only if performing dry needling functions (certification or equivalent education accepted)
• Must be available and present in state for the full week of orientation
• Valid driver's license required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience providing direct patient care in an outpatient, inpatient, or inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Prior experience using electronic medical records (EMR) systems
