The Distribution Clerk helps maintains complete and accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments, prepares bills, schedules shipments, helps trouble shoot for customer services, routes incoming packages and mail, maintain M3 and assist with other projects as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (includes other duties as required):• Helps maintain complete and accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments• Helps to prepare necessary bill of ladings for outgoing shipments• Helps to schedule shipment priorities and methods• Performs stock inquiries and adjustments as needed• Helps to Trouble shoot for Customer Service for shipping routes, delay orders, rush orders, shortages, and tracking information• Routes incoming packages and mail• Assists with special projects as needed• Helps maintain data in M3• Assists with manual assignment of batches as needed
