Quality Assurance Change Control Specialist

An international global leader in the Personal Care Cosmetics industry, with a prestigious portfolio of brands, is in immediate need of a QA Change Control specialist to manage the end-to-end Change Control process for new formulations. This includes review, editing and approval of Change Controls. Preference for candidates with QA and Change Control experience in the formulated personal care Cosmetics industry, such as Skin Care, Sunscreen, Hair Care, etc. The chosen candidate will: Perform reviews and approves Global Change Control (GCC), including technical documents, to ensure that all work has been conducted according to the defined success criteria, established procedures and regulatory requirements. Manage and track GCCs through to completion. Project team meetings, reviews – serves as the Regional Product Quality (RPQ) representative and SME on project team and during meetings. Develop and maintain working / collaborative partnerships with internal business partners during meetings utilizing strong communication (verbal, written) and interpersonal skills, self-awareness and adaptability Engagement and support of cross-functional projects as requested by management Provide detailed and/or summary communications / updates to QA management and cross-functional management on status of key initiatives and issues On time completion of assigned training assignments Ability to allocate and balance resources across challenging priorities (many needing immediate resolution); find opportunities and solutions Must be able to be in our Summit NJ location 1 – 2 days per week. #J-18808-Ljbffr UST Inc
