Role: Data Engineer Location: Palo Alto, CA / Bay Area, CA (Hybrid) Duration: Long Term Contract Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer with strong expertise in structured and unstructured data engineering, data ingestion, connectivity, and knowledge base development. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with modern data platforms, databases, data lakes, ETL/ELT pipelines, vector databases, and cloud storage. Exposure to NLP, document processing, Prompt Engineering, and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) is highly preferred. Required Skills & Experience: Expertise in Structured/Unstructured Data engineering and ingestion. Responsible for Data connectivity, Data ingestion, Data engineering and Knowledgebase creation. Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL, Python/Golang, Databases, Data lakes, ETL/ELT, Vector Databases, AWS S3/Azure Blob Storage, Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Document Processing Fundamentals, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) fundamentals. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
