Registered Nurse, Endocrine, Full Time, Day

Position Summary Ensures the workflow of the clinical area and directs clinical staff according to direction from Charge RN or Physicians. Responsible for maintaining logs and licensing for laboratory, CLIA, vaccines and medication under regulatory guidelines. Maintains inventory of all clinical supplies. Builds close working relationships with physicians, Medical Director and Management. Provides direct patient care with courtesy and respect. Documents accurately in EMR system according to licensure and VMG policy and procedures. Qualifications Education: Completion of formal coursework equivalent to a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing. Combination of equivalent years of relevant work experience and some formal education may be considered. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinic or outpatient setting. Demonstrated understanding of operations in a medical practice environment preferred. Skills Current and valid New Jersey RN. Current and valid BCLS certification. Effective critical thinking skills (analytical, clinical reasoning, decision‑making, problem‑solving, time management). Outstanding interpersonal, service excellence, and customer service skills. Strong orientation toward high‑quality, cost‑effective, comprehensive medical care. Effective organizational and time‑management skills to set priorities and respond quickly to urgent/emergent situations. Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills. Ability to create, maintain and support a high‑functioning team. Consistent courteous, caring, respectful and compassionate behavior. Ability to maintain confidentiality of private healthcare, financial and other company information. Ability to represent organization positively at all times. Location and Shift Job Location: Ridgewood, 947 Linwood Ave. Shift: Day (United States of America). Compensation and Benefits Pay Range: $43.35 - $54.19 per hour.
