Responsibilities As a Fitness Manager, help all members "get to a healthier place." In addition to personally training clients, coach and develop the trainers for success. You will be responsible for coaching in areas such as programming, sales, and service. Serve as a "guidance counselor" for members, an "educator and mentor" for training staff, and a "strategist" for the Club Director. Manage the Member Onboarding Process, conduct fitness consultations, determine appropriate resources for each member, and maintain a high retention score to ensure ongoing member engagement. Lead the fitness department as a sales manager and team leader, driving productivity and efficiency.
