Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse - Days

Location: Maryland

Assignment Duration: This is a 4-week contract position.

Schedule: Day shift, 4x10 hour schedule (06:30 - 17:00). Requires weekend and holiday coverage as outlined.

Job Description: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients undergoing cardiac interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Circulate procedures, perform sedation, and assist with cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Respond to emergencies including STEMIs and pericardiocentesis.
• Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
• Participate in on-call shifts and ensure rapid response capability.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab and critical care/ED.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• Ability to sedate or circulate with left and right heart cath procedures, PCI, and temp wires.
• Preferred experience with pacemakers, Bi-V devices, and emergency procedures related to pulmonary embolism (Inari).
• Active Maryland or compact RN license required.
