Senior AP Accountant

Position MMC Group is hiring an Accounts Payable Accountant for our client in Dallas, TX. Location & Schedule Dallas, TX. Work schedule: 4 days in office with Fridays remote work. Base Pay Range $90,000 - $100,000 per year. Key Responsibilities Process purchase‑order based inventory bills and payments. Process non‑inventory payables on schedule. Reconcile tariffs, duties, and freight for imported inventory. Reconcile accruals and prepaids at month‑end. Perform other month‑end reconciliations (e.g., customer gift card liabilities). Collaborate with procurement/operations to match invoices with POs and goods receipts. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Experience in an international inventory environment, understanding tariffs, duties, and freight. Comfortable managing high‑volume, multi‑vendor payables and meeting month‑end close deadlines.
