Location: North Las Vegas, NV

Position Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Position Summary


We are currently hiring Picker/Packers to join the warehouse team at Bella + Canvas | alo yoga. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing merchandise for shipment while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Pick products and merchandise accurately according to orders.
• Pack items securely and prepare them for shipment.
• Use RF scanners to locate, scan, and track inventory.
• Verify product quantities, sizes, styles, and order information.
• Label and organize packages for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse policies.
• Meet productivity and quality standards.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or fulfillment experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.

Dress Code

• Closed-toe athletic shoes or sneakers required.
• Comfortable clothing appropriate for warehouse work.

Schedule & Pay


Pay: $16.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Overtime: As needed based on business requirements.
