Customer Care Coordinator

About the Role Our Customer Care Coordinators (CCC) are the first point of contact for our prospective customers. They are responsible for answering and returning phone calls from customers looking for solutions, ensuring that Lifeway’s products will meet the needs of the customer, and scheduling the Lifeway Sales team for initial evaluations with our customers. Our Customer Service Coordinators set our Sales Consultants up for success by qualifying the lead, preparing the prospective customer and any family members for the evaluation, and ensuring that all notes are in our CRM and are comprehensive. Typical Responsibilities Answer phone calls and return voicemails, and emails of prospective customers. Qualify customers and schedule evaluations for the sales team. Utilize our ERP system to track interactions and provide detailed notes for Sales Consultants to ensure a seamless handoff. Work closely with the sales team and local branch, ensuring that customers are taken care of efficiently and quickly. Ensure that Sales Consultants are entering the customer’s home armed with the information needed for a successful evaluation. Ideal Candidate 2+ years in a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in the MS Office suite and familiarity with CRM software.
