Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid SLPA certification or licensure in Texas required.
• Experience working in a school setting or with children preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with supervising SLPs, teachers, and school staff.
• Flexibility, reliability, and a commitment to supporting student growth.

Responsibilities:

• Work under the supervision of licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to provide direct and indirect speech therapy services to students.
• Support classroom teachers and school teams to integrate speech/language strategies into the academic curriculum.
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records of service delivery.
• Assist with the preparation of therapy materials and classroom modifications as directed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development as appropriate.
