Responsibilities Lead rapid integration of complex ground software for delivery to spacecraft operations end users. Perform rapid development of procedures and scripts to use ground software, data inputs, simulators, and hardware-in-the-loop. Train ground operators. Lead development and SIL checkout of activation procedures. Require excellent interpersonal skills, experience with end-user engagement, and comfort briefing technical results to customers. Travel up to 20%. Core Qualifications Principal Systems Engineer: BS + 5 years of experience, or MS + 3 years, or PhD + 0 years. Senior Principal Systems Engineer: BS + 8 years of experience, or MS + 6 years, or PhD + 3 years. BS and/or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field. Proficiency in analytical data tools and programming languages such as Python and MATLAB. Must hold an active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance at the time of application, with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI approval/access. Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated strong organization and coordination skills, working with cross-functional teams. Experience in leading integration of ground software to spacecraft operations end users. Integration and test experience; familiarity with signal generators and spectral analyzers. Salary and Benefits Primary Level Salary Range: $87,600.00 – $131,400.00. Additional compensation may include overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus, and for senior roles, long-term incentives.
