Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities Provide operational support to ensure zero defect weekly payroll cycle Serve as a point of contact and back‑up to payroll Manager Input, review, and audit timekeeping and payroll‑related records Train new users in proper use and approval of timekeeping system Audit data accuracy for new hires and job changes Input for on‑cycle, off‑cycle, and bonus payrolls Maintain updates and documents related to Payroll audits and workflows Assist in all year‑end processing including auditing and producing W‑2s Receive, review, and input for processing of Garnishments and Lien documents Requirements High School Diploma with 5 years' experience in payroll administration or Associate's Degree in Accounting with 2 years' minimum experience Working knowledge of payroll processes Experience with ADP and/or Kronos preferred Intermediate Excel skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to understand and track missing payroll components Ability to maintain strict confidentiality Enjoy daily interactions with employees, managers, and leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
