Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy services to patients across inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings. You will play a key role in improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing overall physical function.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive physical assessments and evaluations

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Utilize therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, exercise programs, and mobility training

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams

Educate patients and families on home exercise programs

Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Florida

Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques

Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or home health settings preferred

Excellent communication and patient care skills
