Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will convert a high volume of prequalified leads into sales, build stronger customer relationships, provide technical information and product explanations, prepare quotations, and closes sales. As a member of the sales team, this role collaborates with multiple departments in Reno as well as across the global Lincoln Electric organization to support direct customers and distributor partners with a high level of service and expertise.

Essential Functions

• Convert a high volume of inbound digital and phone leads (advertising, email, catalog, internet, trade shows) into customers
• Respond to all inbound inquiries and outbound follow-ups in a timely and accurate manner, resolving issues as needed
• Utilize Salesforce.com to log activities, track opportunities, and manage the sales pipeline effectively
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas, goals, and objectives
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including through digital and social engagement
• Prioritize multiple tasks while remaining responsive and available for inbound communication

Skills Required

High School Diploma/GED or 5+ years of equivalent experience Minimum of one (1) year of sales experience Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment High level of professionalism, integrity, organization, and sound judgment Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Skills

Bachelor's Degree Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems preferred Technical or industrial sales experience Inside/ phone sales experience Bilingual skills
