Universal Direct Support Professional (DSP)Serving clients across Mercer County, PA $1,000 signing bonus | $23.00/HRAbound Health is hiring compassionate, reliable Universal Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) throughout Mercer County, including Hermitage, Sharon, Grove City, Mercer, Farrell, and surrounding communities.A Universal DSP is a jack-of-all-trades support professional. Universal DSPs may be asked to work in licensed group homes, provide 1:1 in-home and community support, or assist across multiple service settings depending on client needs. We are seeking adaptable, confident DSPs who are comfortable supporting individuals in a variety of environments and who bring 2+ years of caregiving experience.We currently have full-time Universal DSP openings with weekend and evening schedules available.Available schedules:Weekday shifts Monday - Friday | 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. • One DSPs neededWeekend shifts Saturday & Sunday | 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. • One DSPs neededEvening schedule (Full-Time) Saturday–Wednesday | 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. • One DSP neededAbout the role: As a Universal DSP, you will provide one-on-one and group-based support in homes, community settings, and licensed residential programs. Your work helps individuals live safely, independently, and with dignity.
