Job Description

Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a confident and organized Sales Assistant to support our sales operations in Baton Rouge.

In this role, you will work closely with the sales team, assist with customer interactions, maintain accurate information, coordinate daily sales activities, and help ensure a smooth experience throughout the sales process.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, staying organized, solving problems, and working toward team goals in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with daily sales and customer-related activities
• Communicate professionally with prospective and existing customers
• Assist with customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products or services
• Help maintain and organize customer and sales records
• Follow up with potential customers and support ongoing sales opportunities
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and sales-related activities
• Assist with preparing sales materials, presentations, and internal documentation
• Maintain clear communication between customers and internal team members
• Help identify customer needs and connect them with appropriate solutions
• Contribute to individual and team sales goals
• Maintain a professional and positive representation of Catch Vibe Voice
