Make a meaningful impact by providing expert support to school-aged children as a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) on a contract basis. Qualifications & Experience:
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working within school environments or with children/adolescents preferred
- Strong assessment, data collection, and behavior intervention planning skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional growth
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and gather detailed information relevant to students’ behavioral needs
- Develop and oversee the implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and the families of students to ensure best practices
- Present behavioral recommendations and data-driven findings to key stakeholders
- Provide guidance and training to school personnel on behavior support strategies
- Monitor student progress, adjust plans as necessary, and document all actions for ongoing review
