We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Logistics Coordinator to spearhead our daily shipping and administrative operations. In this primarily desk-based role, you will serve as the central hub for domestic and international logistics, ensuring seamless supply chain execution, precise data management, and top-tier customer service. • Competitive Pay: $23.00 – $25.00/hr (Final compensation is determined by candidate experience, education, certifications, and specific job-related skills).

• Logistics Management: Coordinate, track, and optimize both domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with all customs and shipping regulations.
• System Administration: Utilize SAP frequently to manage inventory records, generate shipping documentation, and track orders.
• Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for logistics inquiries, providing timely updates and resolving delivery issues with high-quality customer service.
• Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate digital logs, prepare shipping manifests, and utilize Microsoft Office suite to streamline daily administrative workflows.

• Software Proficiency: Proven, hands-on experience working within SAP and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Logistics Expertise: Strong background in navigating both domestic freight and complex international shipping procedures.
• Administrative Strengths: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of paperwork and digital data from a desk-based workstation.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration and client facing support.
