Assistant Store Manager - Kay Jewelers - Annapolis Mall

Assistant Store Manager Kay Jewelers is looking for dynamic, driven and creative individuals to join our team. The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on employee and customer standards to meet sales and profit goals, foster a customer‑first atmosphere, and develop team members through training and evaluation. Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring that sales and profit projections are met. Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction through outstanding service. Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training, evaluation, and coaching. Recruit, select, and onboard new team members. Enforce all company policies and procedures. Perform additional operational and strategic duties as assigned. Requirements At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer. Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, and basic computer software and hardware. Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagrammatic, and schedule formats. Availability to work days, nights, and weekends. Benefits Base pay $16.50 – $21.00 plus commission on sales (final rate based on experience and qualifications).
