Practice Overview:

• Physician-owned, well-established private practice group
• The executive director manages operations so physicians can focus on patient care
• Comprehensive ophthalmology with opportunity for refractive work based on interest
• Shared call among five surgeons with a balanced rotation
• Shared a 7-day-per-week office call rotation among physicians
• Potential up to 1000 cataract surgeries per year

Schedule:

• 4 clinic days and 1 OR day per week
• Clinic hours typically 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m
• Consistent surgical volume in an eye-focused ambulatory surgery center

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary 450,000
• Partnership eligibility after 24 months
• Full benefits, including health insurance, malpractice, licensure reimbursement, and 401 (k)
• 4 weeks PTO plus 6 paid holidays
• 5,000 CME allowance

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Ophthalmology
• Comfort with high-volume cataract surgery preferred
• New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply.
• No visa sponsorship available
