Job Requirements Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) Registered Nurse Current Ohio licensure Experience in occupational health, wellness, prevention, or condition management Computer literacy Understanding of ICD‑9, ICD‑10, CPT‑4 codes Experience with OSHA, ADA, Workers Compensation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3‑4 years experience as a Professional in Nursing Job Overview This position focuses on promoting, protecting and restoring workers' health within the context of a safe and healthy work environment, collaborating with workers, employers and other professionals to prioritize interventions; develop and implement interventions and programs; evaluate care and service delivery; and maximize productivity and wellness of workers within client companies. The foundation for this position is research‑based with an emphasis on optimizing health, preventing illness and injury and reducing health hazards. Job Responsibilities Collaborate with client company management and employees to establish/maintain a workplace that protects workers from occupational illness and injury and maintains regulatory compliance, demonstrating value and ROI quarterly. Manage program administration, including goal setting, planning, implementation, evaluation and measurement, providing oversight to LPNs and wellness coordinators; serve as a leader/member of the Corporate Health team. Develop and operate the occupational health program in accordance with federal, state and local laws, professional organization guidance and SHARE Occupational Health Program guidelines, completing all required reports timely. Provide health education, screening, counseling, disease management and health coaching through established wellness promotion systems. Ensure first aid and emergency preparedness by following SHARE Medical/Nursing Protocols and Clinical Procedures, providing timely and effective treatment, and performing pre/post‑absence and disability risk assessments. Oversee passive case management for certain cases and actively manage case interventions, facilitating transitional work programs and early return to work coordination with long‑term disability suppliers.
