About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Integrator to play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational leadership of the firm. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader, a builder of people and processes, technically credible, a thoughtful problem solver, and honest, humble, and accountable. This executive will be responsible for providing day-to-day oversight of the firm's accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and advisory teams, as well as for the development, coaching, and mentoring of department leaders and team members. The COO / Integrator will also be tasked with improving and standardizing workflows, systems, and processes to enhance operational efficiency and service quality, and will be expected to have a strong background in accounting, tax, or public accounting, with a focus on technical and operational excellence. Applicants for the COO / Integrator position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' of progressive experience in accounting, tax, or public accounting, with a proven track record of success in technical and operational roles. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and a CPA or EA designation is preferred. The role demands a leader with exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills, who can lead through influence and collaboration. The successful candidate will be adept at managing KPIs, operational metrics, and departmental performance, and will be experienced in fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Experience with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) or a similar business framework is a plus, as is a background in project management and a passion for mentoring others in a values-driven, servant leadership environment.
