Job Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Assist guests with reservations, seating, and special requests.
• Provide detailed information about the menu, specials, and promotions.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate with management and service staff to ensure smooth guest service.
• Upsell menu items and promote loyalty programs to enhance the guest experience.

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

• Sales-driven and goal-oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding guest service and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a hospitality or sales role is preferred.
