Branch Operations Manager

BigFoot Staffing is seeking an experienced Branch Operations Manager for a long-established industrial equipment and service company supporting customers across manufacturing, industrial, and mechanical environments. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing branch operations across sales, service, materials, and administration while driving operational performance, team development, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience, operational oversight capabilities, and a continuous improvement mindset. Responsibilities Oversee daily branch operations across sales, service, materials, and administrative teams Develop and implement operational strategies that support growth and branch performance Lead, coach, and develop department leaders and team members Conduct regular team meetings and 1-on-1 coaching sessions Support cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction Drive Lean methodology initiatives and continuous improvement efforts Maintain accountability around workplace safety and operational standards Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees Coordinate operational efforts with corporate leadership and internal teams Support facility management and overall branch organization Qualifications 3+ years of leadership or operations management experience Strong communication, organizational, and team leadership skills Experience leading teams in industrial, mechanical, manufacturing, or service environments Lean methodology and continuous improvement experience preferred Technically minded with strong problem-solving capabilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business systems Ability to manage multiple priorities and departments simultaneously Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field Engineering or technical background strongly preferred Experience within industrial equipment, compressed air, mechanical systems, or related industries is a plus Work Environment & Physical Requirements Onsite leadership role with occasional travel to customer locations Combination of office and operational/shop environments Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use a computer for extended periods Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. $120,000–$140,000 annual salary DOE Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with profit sharing Paid time off and sick leave Tuition reimbursement and career development support Employee assistance resources including counseling, coaching, and financial planning Flexible spending accounts Additional voluntary benefit options available #J-18808-Ljbffr
