About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Philanthropy Officer to spearhead a comprehensive fundraising strategy that is pivotal to its mission of supporting youth in crisis. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and strategic leader, responsible for shaping and executing a development plan that addresses both immediate operational needs and long-term growth. This role demands a professional with a proven track record in philanthropy, capable of building and nurturing relationships within the philanthropic community. Regional leadership and cultural fluency are essential, with a focus on the distinct cultures of the areas served by the organization. The Chief Philanthropy Officer will work closely with the executive team, particularly the CEO, and will be expected to have a strong presence, actively listen, and demonstrate sound judgment in navigating regional dynamics and philanthropic networks.
