Certified Diabetes Patient Educator (Virtual Remote) -West

IQVIA seeks a Certified Diabetes Patient Educator to deliver virtual education on diabetes treatments and medication management to enrolled patients via phone, video, and email. The role requires a bachelor's degree and 3+ years as a CDE/CDCES, with Monday–Friday availability (11 AM–8 PM ET). Candidates must work from a dedicated home workspace and possess strong communication and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient education via telephone, video, email, and SMS
- Educate patients on diabetes treatments and disease management strategies
- Support patient persistence and medication compliance through direct interaction
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow program guidelines strictly
- Work Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM-8:00 PM ET from dedicated home workspace
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or BSN
- 3+ years as Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) or CDCES
- Complete understanding of diabetes care principles and practices with direct patient experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
Compensation: $102,000-$113,000 base annually
