As a Dining Service Associate, you will perform tasks in multiple areas/functions within the Dining Center, such as: Perform kitchen duties; including ingredient and food preparation, inventory, cooking and assembling recipes Set up and tear down stations Dish machine operations Build recipes based on established processes, procedures, guidelines, and recipes Monitor food quality, food presentation, and control food waste Assist within other areas as needed and other duties assigned This position is considered essential and may have weekend or evening shifts.
