The Speech/Language Pathologist assists in developing speech and language skills to facilitate the personal, social, and intellectual development of students. In order to respond to the individual needs and abilities of students, the Speech/Language Pathologist must work closely with family, staff and administrators. Work Calendar: 2026-27 SVEA Work Calendar Insurance: This position may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, basic life insurance, and accidental death and dismemberment insurance provided the assignment is anticipated to work at least 630 hours per year.* Retirement Plans: This position is eligible fora 403(b) TSA Retirement Savings Plan. Paid Holidays: This position is not eligible for paid holidays. Paid Time Off: Certificated employees receive 12 sick days and 2 discretionary personal leave days each school year.
