Overview Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Software Engineer 3 - Contingent to join their team. As a Software Engineer 3 - Contingent, you will be part of the Software Engineering department supporting data integration and system development initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Software Engineer Location: Chandler, AZ and Charlotte, NC What's the Job? Support data integration between nCino and upstream/downstream partner systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy. Develop and maintain ETL processes to support secured and unsecured loan data for analytical and operational purposes. Contribute to large-scale planning and participate in moderately complex software engineering initiatives. Review and analyze complex software engineering challenges, providing effective solutions and recommendations. Collaborate with client personnel and cross-functional teams to meet project deliverables and compliance requirements. What's Needed? Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in software engineering or related fields. Experience supporting data integration, ETL processes, and working with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or Teradata. Proficiency with ETL tools like Informatica PowerCenter or equivalent, and familiarity with IDMC, Autosys, and Unix Shell Scripting. Experience with Salesforce / nCino development is a plus. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (3 days in-office, 2 days remote). What's in it for me?
