Program Director Location: Basswood Home, 230 6th Street East, Browerville, MN 56438, USA Salary: Starting at $58,240 per year. Responsibilities Develop, implement, evaluate, update, and train staff on individual service plans and outcomes. Ensure 24‑hour service delivery that meets the needs and program expectations of residents. Follow recipes, menus and diets when preparing and serving meals/snacks. Coordinate medical treatments and medications—order, secure, store, document, and administer as directed. Communicate professionally with residents, families, outside services, PCS staff, and the public. Develop and maintain staff schedules, approve/deny time‑off requests, and conduct performance reviews. Attend and lead all in‑services, hire, discipline, and terminate staff as necessary. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older as required by licensure. Must pass DHS background clearance. Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company driving criteria. Must read, write, and speak English proficiently in a business context. Must hold a BA or BS in human services or a related field. Benefits Your well‑being matters to us.
