Dental Assistant II Sautter Family Dentistry

Sautter Family Dentistry is looking for an experienced, dependable, and compassionate Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care in a welcoming, team-oriented environment where both our patients and employees feel valued.

Schedule & Compensation

Schedule: 4–5 days per week, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: $23-26 per hour, depending on experience

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience

Experience with Dentrix practice management software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Provide chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures

Assist with hygiene appointments as needed

Perform instrument sterilization and infection control procedures

Complete minor laboratory duties

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment

Deliver exceptional patient care while ensuring a comfortable experience

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

Experience with digital dentistry and CAD/CAM technology

Additional experience assisting with hygiene procedures

Familiarity with sterilization and laboratory workflows
