Development Associate

The Development Associate plays a vital role in advancing the philanthropic mission of the Mandell JCC of Greater Hartford by administering the day-to-day operations of the Development Department. This position ensures that fundraising activities are executed efficiently, the annual campaign runs smoothly, donors receive exceptional stewardship, events are implemented and the systems that support philanthropy operate with accuracy and excellence. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience. Three or more years of experience in fundraising, nonprofit administration, donor relations, communications, or a related field.
