Position Overview

We are seeking a highly autonomous, performance-driven, and technically fluent Motion Designer - Gaming to join our distributed Performance Marketing creative cell under a permanent, full-time remote layout open to candidates residing within European time zones (UTC to UTC+3, with physical office hub options in Paris, France). Reporting directly to the Creative Producer, you will take full end-to-end creative ownership over the conceptualization, layout design, and full video asset assembly required to boost the marketability of our primary global title verticals. Shifting completely away from routine non-technical corporate copy writing logs, standalone static banner formatting, or low-level administration data entry filing, you will operate an active 2D/3D animation, game engine asset extraction, and AI-accelerated rendering optimization laboratory. This position requires an engineering-minded visual authority with 3+ years of post-production mobile gaming experience who guides creative output fluidly natively using Motion Graphics and video editing primitives, manipulates After Effects, Blender, and Unity components in minutes rather than hours, translates advanced narrative storyboards into high-converting consumer video ads, and leverages AI-native tools to maximize production velocity without conceding quality controls.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Yield Video Creative Governance: Own, execute, and scale the end-to-end production of highly polishing, high-impact video ads in both 2D and 3D spaces natively utilizing Motion Graphics standards.
• Performance-Driven Visual Storytelling: Apply uncompromising animation fundamentals—including composition, color theory, motion weight, staging, and the traditional 12 Disney principles—to engineer scroll-stopping video ads designed to maximize user conversion metrics.
• Modern Pipeline Orchestration: Coordinate and interface across an advanced multi-platform rendering and asset environment, seamlessly operating tools such as After Effects, Blender, and Unity game engines.
• AI-Native Production Acceleration: Identify, deploy, and refine generative AI workflows to optimize image, video, and framework production speeds while maintaining rigorous artistic oversight.
• Cross-Functional Creative Syncing: Collaborate directly with embedded creative developers and performance marketing managers to turn complex strategic acquisition briefs into high-impact visual concepts and interactive demos.
• Iterative Test-and-Learn Auditing: Participate actively in fast-paced data-driven prototyping loops, analyzing ad performance data and platform feedback indicators to optimize succeeding asset revisions.
• Storyboarding & Pre-Visualization: Produce sketches, baseline illustrations, and storyboards to present concept ideations, asset angles, and visual trajectories to the core product squad.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 3+ years of proven, successful professional history operating inside a Motion Designer, Video Editor, 3D Animator, Creative Developer, or closely matching performance marketing asset generation role within the mobile gaming space.
• Expert Animation Stack Command: Master-level production tool fluency across After Effects and Blender , combined with practical familiarity extracting or setting up environments inside Unity engines.
• Demonstrated technical capability delivering high-volume, premium commercial video creatives designed specifically to drive conversion rate milestones and solve marketability obstacles for mobile or casual games.
• Profound, hands-on command over the 12 core principles of animation, spatial composition, lighting, and cinematic rhythm.
• Highly autonomous operator comfortable navigating ambiguous product requirements and executing tasks with minimal directional feedback.
• Location and Time Zone Context: Position operates under remote parameters restricted exclusively to qualified creative talents residing permanently within European time zones ( UTC to UTC+3 bounds) or legally authorized to work from Paris, France .

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

• Prior experience or technical background generating performance creative assets specifically within high-velocity DTC agencies, casual/hybrid-casual mobile game publishers, or e-commerce tech incubators .
• Excellent hand-drawing skills, with a track record producing structural concept storyboards or character illustrations.
• Practical exposure using modern AI engines (such as midjourney, stable diffusion, or video generation layers) to automate background components, texture rendering, or asset masks.
