Honey Homes is hiring experienced handymen in San Francisco. Earn $40/hr with a $2,000 sign-on bonus, work Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm, and never take an on-call shift again.

Not Your Average Handyman Job

This is not a call-out gig. You become the personal handyman for the same 40 to 50 homes, visiting on a regular schedule, getting to know every home and every homeowner, and becoming the trusted advisor they turn to for anything about their house. Pay & Bonus

• $40/hr ($80,000/year) plus equity in the business

• $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid after you complete training and remain onboard for 30 days

• Mileage reimbursement for all local driving between appointments

Schedule & Time Off

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

• No nights, weekends, required overtime, or on-call

What You'll Do

• Own a dedicated route of 40 to 50 residential homes as the trusted handyman for each homeowner

• Walk each home with the homeowner, spot what needs attention, and recommend what to fix now versus later

• Perform repairs and maintenance across multiple trades: carpentry (doors, trim, framing), painting and drywall patching, plumbing (toilets, faucets, minor pipe repairs), electrical (fixtures, outlets, small wiring tasks), and smart home device installation

• Deliver outstanding service and build long-term relationships that keep members coming back

• Use our mobile app to track jobs, tasks, and schedules

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of handyman, maintenance technician, or multi-trade experience

• Hands-on skill across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall

• Strong troubleshooting ability: you can independently assess and fix most issues in a home

• Attention to detail (clean caulk lines, professional patching and painting)

• Customer-friendly attitude: great listener, strong communicator, proactive

• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and your own tools

Physical Requirements

• Carry a 50-lb toolbox 40 feet

• Lift a 50-lb object from floor to waist

• Climb a ladder

• Kneel and stand repeatedly

• Work overhead for several minutes

• Crawl through a crawlspace

• Push and pull weighted equipment
