Staff Pharmacist

Role Overview The Staff Pharmacist provides pharmaceutical care by dispensing prescriptions, counseling patients on healthcare and medication needs, administering immunizations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. They lead and guide pharmacy staff in delivering excellent customer service and uphold company policies. Key Responsibilities Process and accurately dispense prescriptions. Advise customers on healthcare and medication. Administer immunizations and participate in community health programs. Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations including HIPAA and PHI guidelines. Model customer service excellence and lead pharmacy staff. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, with a valid pharmacy license. Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program. Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and best practices. Strong relationship-building skills with customers and partners. Adaptability to meet diverse patient needs. Enthusiasm for community engagement and outreach.
