Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT's and supervision of assigned trainees.
Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company. *BCBA's become eligible for long-term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible. Monthly Performance Bonuses: Bonuses are uncapped and start at just 26 hours of treatment delivery per week, meaning you'll be rewarded for your impact without waiting months to qualify.
Sign-On Bonuses available up to $10,000 based on start date and business need.
Mentorship Bonuses: Provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master's in ABA and earn bonus pay for your guidance, oversight and impact! Certification Bonuses: Get rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 11:00AM - 6:30PM Saturday: 9:00AM -12:00PM (Based upon patient attendance) Almost 30 days off in Year One: Including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days-no guilt, just rest. No Non-Compete Clauses: We believe great talent doesn't need restrictions Transparent and Expedited Career Growth & Leadership Tracks: Center Leadership: BCBA > Sr. BCBA> Assistant Clinical Director > Clinical Director> Sr. Clinical Director > Group Clinical Director> Regional Clinical Director Training & Development: Join Dr. Greg Hanley's Compassionate Care Team, mentor and train clinicians in evidence-based ABA practice Research & Innovation: Collaborate with Dr. Linda LeBlanc at the Action Institute to advance treatment outcomes, transparency, equity, and clinical quality Clinical Guidance: Our BCBAs are guided by our Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team, featuring industry leading clinicians such as: Dr. Charna Mintz, Dr. Greg Hanley, Dr. Linda LeBlanc, Dr. Patricia Wright, Dr. Dorothea Lerman, Dr. Malika Pritchett, Dr. Mahshid Ghaemmaghami, and Dr. Anthony Cammilleri Continuing Education: A minimum of 10+ free CEUs per year in-house, extra funds to attend additional training courses, and 2 paid days off to use for CEU events. Health Benefits: Best-in-class Medical, Dental, Vision, Flexible Savings Account and Health Savings Account options Family Support: Up to $3,000 in maternity/paternity financial assistance plus short-term disability options that can equate to 8 weeks of paid paternity leave.

- Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care
- Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth
- Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment
