We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Buyer’s Agent to guide prospective homebuyers through every step of the purchasing journey. In this position, you’ll develop new client relationships, understand each buyer’s unique needs and priorities, match them with suitable properties, and provide exceptional support from the initial consultation through closing.

$135,000+ at plan commission

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers through consistent outreach and timely follow-up.
• Welcome new leads into the sales process and guide them confidently from their initial inquiry through closing.
• Represent the team at open houses and community events to connect with potential clients and expand your network.
• Consult with buyers to understand their lifestyle, preferences, and financial goals, then identify homes that meet their criteria.
• Serve as a trusted resource throughout the home-buying journey by communicating with all parties involved to help ensure a smooth transaction.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while helping clients make informed home-buying decisions.

• Must have an active Virginia real estate license.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
• Receptive to coaching and feedback, committed to continuous learning, and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
