ABOUT THIS TEAM

Our Global Distribution teams are part of our greater lululemon Supply Chain organization. This team supports lululemon's overall purpose by ensuring we are fulfilling our products to our guests through our various channels including our retail stores and ecommerce.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Will be assigned to a home department, however, may be asked to support in other departments of the distribution center including but not limited to value added services, receiving, returns, damages, picking, packing, transfers, shipping, and overall movement of inventory as business needs dictate
  • Picks, packs, processes, and ships orders in a timely and accurate manner as assigned by leadership
  • Perform loading, unloading, order picking, sorting, and stocking tasks
  • Safely and efficiently maneuver carts, boxes, and equipment throughout the distribution center to support inventory movement, order fulfillment, and operational flow
  • Operate and maintain various warehouse tools and equipment, including handheld scanners, devices, and inventory management systems, and other automated machinery
  • Meets or exceeds productivity targets e.g. units picked per hour/orders per hour and takes personal responsibility around daily metrics and performance
  • Understands safety guidelines for the distribution center and maintains a safe work environment through our safety program and continuous improvement mentality. Actively identifies, reports, and helps resolve hazards to maintain a safe workplace
  • Report malfunctions and issues to appropriate parties in a timely manner
  • Adheres to all company policies, including but not limited to Attendance, DC Guidelines and Standards of Conduct
  • May be required to support or train peers as needed to ensure team success and knowledge sharing
  • Actively participates in training, team-building activities, meetings, and personal development initiatives to support continuous growth and collaboration
  • May be required to perform other related duties as assigned to support business needs and operational efficiency
