ServiceNow AI Project ManagerMust-Have QualificationsExperience as a ServiceNow Project Manager within a large enterprise environmentProven experience leading AI implementation projects, preferably involving ServiceNow Now AssistStrong enterprise project governance, stakeholder management, and reporting experiencePosition OverviewAn enterprise ServiceNow team is embarking on an AI transformation initiative to implement and roll out ServiceNow Now Assist. The initial deployment will focus on enabling AI-assisted incident and ticket resolution within the Digital Technology organization, followed by expansion into the Human Resources organization.The Project Manager will partner closely with the ServiceNow AI Product Owner and key stakeholders to coordinate implementation activities, drive project execution, and ensure successful adoption across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesProject ReportingPerform overall project management activities for internally managed workstreamsCreate and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestonesTrack stakeholder progress, risks, issues, and assumptionsFacilitate risk management and mitigation effortsProvide weekly status reporting and project updatesImplementation Partner OnboardingCoordinate vendor resource onboarding and offboarding activitiesFacilitate environment access and hardware provisioningSupport integration of tools, platforms, and acceleratorsManage ongoing vendor access requests and updatesDevelopment Environment & Foundational DataCoordinate provisioning and readiness of AI development environmentsManage instance synchronization activities tied to project milestonesCoordinate data quality and foundational data improvement initiativesObtain stakeholder approval for data definitions and related changesEscalate environment or data-related blockers impacting project timelinesReadiness & RemediationCoordinate technical and knowledge-readiness reviews across teamsAssign remediation activities and track progress through completionEscalate resource constraints or capacity concerns that may impact schedulesEnsure readiness findings are incorporated into a centralized backlogChange Management & Organizational AdoptionCoordinate change management efforts across multiple regionsFacilitate stakeholder alignment meetings and communication strategiesSupport workforce impact and adoption initiativesTrack training material development and completionSecurity, Legal & Compliance CoordinationSchedule and facilitate compliance and governance checkpointsManage action items through resolutionTrack enterprise data-related activities affecting project deliveryEscalate unresolved compliance or governance issues that may delay releasesJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Washington D.C., DC.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00/hr.
