Production Controller

Production ControllerWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Controller to oversee and optimize our production operations. This role is critical in ensuring efficient scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control across our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing environments, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of production planning and control systems.RequirementsDevelop and maintain detailed production schedules aligned with customer demand and inventory levels.Coordinate production workflow across multiple stages to ensure timely delivery and product quality.Monitor production rates, standards, and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and quality assurance teams to ensure material availability and compliance with specifications.Implement and oversee quality control procedures to maintain high manufacturing standards.Analyze production data to identify trends, forecast needs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock of raw materials and components.
