Advanced Practice Provider - APP - Urgent Care

SSM Health Dean Medical Group is actively recruiting an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our busy Urgent Care department at our Madison East Urgent Care on a part-time (0.5 FTE) basis.The department is open Monday through Friday, 7 am - 7 pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 8 am - 4 pm.

Minimum Requirements:

• Unrestricted Wisconsin Physician Assistant License or Wisconsin RN and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) licensure.
• Minimum of one-year experience  required  practicing as an Advanced Practitioner in Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Family Medicine.
• The candidate for this position must be comfortable diagnosing and treating children and adults with minor to complex medical problems, as well as be experienced in laceration repair and acute fracture care (splinting).
