EHS Program Manager

Position Description:
The EHS Program Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Company’s Environmental, Health, and Safety programs to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. This role partners with operations and leadership to support a strong safety culture and effective risk management.
Essential Functions:

· Develop, implement, and manage EHS programs and initiatives.
· Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and applicable regulations.
· Conduct safety audits, hazard assessments, and job hazard analyses.
· Develop and deliver safety training programs.
· Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
· Serve as primary contact during regulatory inspections.

Physical Demands:
The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Exposure to noise, fumes, gases, electrical energy, and inclement weather conditions. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Required Education, Experience, Certification and Licenses:
· Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field. Relevant training, certifications, or demonstrated competency may be considered in lieu of formal education.
· Minimum five (5) years EHS experience.
· Professional safety certifications (such as OSHA 30, CSP, ASP, or equivalent) are preferred.
