Small Engine Technician

Job Details Job Location: Mount Vernon, OH 43050 Deliver exceptional service, ensuring timely and high-quality onsite repair services for all assigned work orders. Inspect equipment as a whole to obtain accurate diagnosis and effective solution to the problem. Appropriate handling of all tools and equipment to ensure safety. Assist other technicians as needed. Maintain accurate daily documentation of performed work and progress. Preserve a safe, clean, and organized workspace environment. Perform preventative maintenance on client and rental fleet equipment. Provide friendly, professional, and informative interaction with clients, and address concerns and issues promptly and effectively. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards. All other duties and tasks assigned by management. Qualifications Mechanical skills encompassing small engine, diesel and hydraulic systems diagnostics and repairs. Ability to lift, push, and/or pull a minimum of 30 pounds repetitively. Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, bending and sitting. Skill to effectively communicate verbally with others, both in person and via documentation.
