What You'll Do

• Provide advanced critical care to seriously ill patients in the ICU, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications.
• Perform complex procedures and respond swiftly to emergencies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized treatment plans.
• Float to emergency departments and med-surg units as needed, managing varied patient populations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and outcomes.
• Adhere to clinical protocols and safety standards within a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during critical moments.

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Oklahoma RN license
• At least 1 year of ICU or critical care experience
• Strong skills in patient assessment, emergency response, and medication administration

Preferred:

• Experience float staffing in ER or med-surg units
• Ability to respond rapidly and work effectively under pressure
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
